• 1. Contract Agreement:
  This is a contract between you and Anthony Di Biase (located in Toronto, Canada). We will refer to ourselves in this contract as either Anthony Di Biase, we or our. You are an individual person or a legal entity under governing laws. The facts you give us must be complete and correct. This contract covers the sale of an INTERNET DOMAIN NAME ONLY. Please note that this contract limits our liability and we do not provide warranties for the Service. The contract also limits your remedies.
• 2. Choice of Law and Location for Resolving Disputes:
  If this contract is with Anthony Di Biase, then claims for breach of this contract will be subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario, without reference to conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Province or Federal Courts in York, ON, Canada for all disputes relating to this contract or the Service.
• 3. No Guarantee of Future Value:
  The purchase of a domain name does not guarantee any future value, profitability, or business success. Domain values may fluctuate and are subject to market conditions.
• 4. Ownership Transfer:
  Upon completion of payment, ownership of the domain name will be transferred to the buyer according to ICANN and registrar policies. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate transfer information.
• 5. No Liability:
  SellOff.US is not liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from the use, transfer, or registration of purchased domain names.
• 6. Intellectual Property:
  The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased domain name does not infringe on any trademarks or intellectual property rights. SellOff.US does not provide legal advice regarding domain name selection.
• 7. Refund Policy:
  All domain name sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the transfer process has begun.
• 8. Compliance:
  The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and registrar policies related to domain name ownership and use.
• 9. Payments:
  The buyer agrees to pay all fees associated with the purchase and transfer of the domain name. Payments must be made in full before the transfer process begins.
• 10. Layaway:
  Layaway plans are available by using the deposit payment option at checkout. The following payment terms apply:
  • Total amount between $1,000.00 and $5,000.00 must be paid within 6 months.

    Interest Rate: 4.00% Yearly

  • Total amount between $5,000.01 and $25,000.00 must be paid within 12 months.

    Interest Rate: 3.00% Yearly

  • Total amount between $25,000.01 and $75,000.00 must be paid within 18 months.

    Interest Rate: 2.00% Yearly

  • Total amount between $75,000.01 and $125,000.00 must be paid within 24 months.

    Interest Rate: 1.50% Yearly

  • Total amount between $125,000.01 and $250,000.00 must be paid within 30 months.

    Interest Rate: 1.50% Yearly

  Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the layaway agreement, and a 50.00% refund penalty from the original purchase price will be incurred.
